PLEASE USE THE FOLLOWING FORM TO NOTIFY US OF YOUR INTENTION TO MOVE OUT.

Notice of Tenants to Terminate Tenancy Where Tenancy is Month to Month

To Lawson Property Management, please take notice that I/we are giving our 30-day notice to terminate tenancy of the premises located at .

I/We will have keys turned into your office at . I/We understand that I/we are responsible for paying rent for the entire 30-day notice time period even if keys are turned in earlier.

Reason for moving:

Tenant understands that Lawson Property Management will begin advertising the unit, including signage, to be available after the date the keys will be turned into our office. Tenant agrees to cooperate with Management in making the property available to be shown to prospective tenants during the entire 30-day period between notice of termination of tenancy and actual vacating of the property.

Within two weeks prior to the termination of tenancy, the tenant has the right to request and be present, at an initial inspection of the unit under Section 1950.5 of the Civil Code. This inspection is not the final inspection as there may be hidden damage or cleaning required that is not apparent during the initial inspection.
